TSME Events is operated by Technology Strategies Middle East ("TSME", "we", "us"), located at [full address, Amman, Jordan]. 2. Scope

This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you register for, express interest in, or attend a TSME event promoted through LinkedIn, including LinkedIn Events pages, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, and LinkedIn sponsored content. It also applies to data we receive when you follow up with us through tsmeevents.com.

3. Data We Collect

When you register through LinkedIn, LinkedIn may share with us the information you choose to submit, which can include your full name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, industry, seniority, country and city, and your LinkedIn profile URL. We may also collect your answers to any custom questions in the registration form (for example, your interest in a specific program or your preferred session), your attendance status and participation in the event, and your communication preferences and consent choices.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to submit, sensitive data such as national ID numbers, health information, or financial account details through LinkedIn forms.

4. How We Collect It

We receive data directly from you when you complete a LinkedIn registration or Lead Gen Form, and from LinkedIn when you register for or indicate attendance at a LinkedIn Event we host. LinkedIn's own handling of your data is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to register you and confirm your place at the event; send event logistics such as agendas, venue details, joining links, and reminders; deliver certificates, training materials, and post-event resources; respond to your inquiries about our programs; improve our events through attendance analysis and feedback; and, where you have agreed, send you information about upcoming TSME events, training programs, and related solutions.

6. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your consent (given when you submit the registration form), the performance of the registration you requested, and our legitimate interest in running and improving professional events. Where required by law, we will ask for your separate consent before sending marketing communications.

7. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with the following: our training and certification partners (such as APQC) where needed to deliver a program or issue a certificate; event venues and service providers who help us run the event (registration platforms, email and CRM tools, virtual event platforms), bound by confidentiality obligations; affiliated companies within our group for the purposes described in this policy; and authorities where required by law.

8. International Transfers

Some of our service providers and partners may store or process data outside Jordan. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We keep registration data for as long as needed to run the event and follow up with you, and for up to [24] months afterward for reporting and future event invitations, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law. Certification records may be kept longer where needed to verify credentials.

10. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, withdrawal of your consent at any time, and an objection to or restriction of certain processing. 11. Marketing Communications

You can stop receiving marketing and awareness emails at any time by replying "Opt Out" to any of our messages or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing will not affect essential messages about an event you have registered for.

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including access controls and secure storage within our systems.

13. Applicable Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023. Where participants are located in other jurisdictions (for example, Saudi Arabia or the EU), we will respect the additional rights granted under their local data protection laws.
